What is Hired Boss?

Hi, we are Hugh and Suzanne Watkins and we built Hired Boss.

We built Hired Boss as a way for people to increase productivity when they need to be accountable to someone else. There are types of people that need to be accountable to others to work at peak performance, Hired Boss was designed with those people in mind.

If you are one of these types of people then you wouldn't miss a work deadline, but you find it hard to find time to exercise on your own. You need tools such as supervision, deadlines, monitoring, and consequences enforced from the outside to be accountable.

Hired Boss can provide the crucial accountability needed by setting concrete goals, establishing deadlines, and looking over your shoulder until the tasks are completed.
